BANQUET POLICIES
A guaranteed number of guests attending a function is required by 12 noon, 48 hours prior to the date of your function. Saturday, Sunday and Monday events must be guaranteed by Thursday at noon. This number will be the guarantee and you will have a 5% variance. If the number is not confirmed by the times stated above, your last estimated number will be considered your final guarantee and you will be charged for this number or the actual number served, whichever is greater.
The hotel reserves the right to change your assigned room to a suitable room for the attendance specified. Function rooms are assigned by the number of people anticipated.
Cancellations must be made only with the Sales and Catering Office between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Tax and Gratuity will be added where applicable.
Host is responsible for the action of their guests.
All prices are guaranteed for 90 DAYS from date of booking.
FOR WEDDING RECEPTIONS: A deposit of the room rental fee is required to confirm and guarantee your use of our space. We will ask for a credit card number to be provided to keep on file for the event at the time of booking. Ninety (90) percent of the bill is to be paid one week prior to the event. The remaining balance must be paid UPON COMPLETION of your event unless direct billing arrangements have been made. If no deposit is made, you will have the first right of refusal for the date requested.
For basic receptions (cake & punch only) there is an additional fee for table linens, table skirting, tables and chairs, glassware, flatware, plates, set-up and clean-up of $1.50 per person.
